Shipping and returns policy.
Shipping
We ship via UPS to all 48 contiguous United States. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses.
Delivery time: Orders ship within 2 business days of order placement and typically arrive within 3-5 business days via UPS once shipped. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed by UPS or DK Medicinal.
Order tracking: You'll receive an automatic email with your UPS tracking number once your order ships.
Hemp flower is a regulated product, and its legal status varies by state. It is the customer's responsibility to understand and comply with the laws of their state and locality before placing an order. DK Medicinal is not responsible for orders seized, delayed, or returned due to local restrictions on hemp products.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your order. Because our products are consumable hemp goods, our return policy is intentionally limited to protect product safety and integrity for all customers.
To qualify for a return, all of the following must be true:
- The request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The product is unopened and in its original, sealed packaging.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
Products That Do Not Qualify
- Any item that has been opened, used, or has a broken seal.
- Any item returned after the 30-day window.
Return Remedy
Qualifying returns receive a full refund to the original payment method. We do not offer store credit or exchanges as a substitute.
Return shipping: DK Medicinal covers the cost of return shipping for qualifying returns. Once a return is authorized, we'll email you a prepaid UPS shipping label.
How to start a return: Contact us at support@dkmedicinal.com or [customer service phone number] within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization.
Note: This policy has no stated exceptions for opened product, including for quality concerns. Any accommodation outside this policy is handled internally as a customer service decision and is not a standing offer.
