1. Eligibility & Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase products from this Site. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older and legally permitted to purchase hemp-derived products in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to request age verification and to refuse or cancel any order where age cannot be confirmed.

2. Product Legal Disclosure

Our products are hemp-derived and contain Delta-9 THC within the federally defined limit for hemp under the 2018 Farm Bill. The legal status of hemp-derived products varies by state and locality. It is solely your responsibility to understand and comply with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction before purchasing. DK Medicinal is not responsible for orders that are delayed, seized, or unable to be delivered due to local restrictions.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to update it as needed.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or misuse of the Site.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.
• Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

5. Wholesale & Resale Restrictions

Products purchased through this Site are for personal, individual use only. Resale, wholesale distribution, or commercial redistribution of products purchased through the Site is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from DK Medicinal.

DK Medicinal separately offers approved wholesale and vendor pricing through a dedicated program for qualified retailers and vendors. Access to wholesale pricing is subject to separate application, approval, and agreement, and is not available through standard Site checkout.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product photography, and design, is the property of DK Medicinal or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to purchase products for resale in violation of Section 5.

We make no claims regarding the therapeutic, medicinal, or health benefits of our products. Our products have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DK Medicinal's total liability arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase of any product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. In no event shall DK Medicinal be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DK Medicinal, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

11. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, and not as a class, collective, or representative action. You and DK Medicinal each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles, and subject to the Federal Arbitration Act with respect to Section 11.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
